Our CNC machining, milling, and turning services manufacture the highest quality precision components because of our expert process controls and equipment. We have a broad spectrum of experience and expertise producing some of the most demanding gears (including EV/HEV components). We utilize a variety of techniques to produce world-class gears including machining, milling, and turning, applying the latest technologies and techniques through a world-class quality assurance program.
Our automated machining centers include 4-Axis, 5-Axis, horizontal, vertical, and specialty part-specific CNC milling machines and CNC turning machines. Those machining centers are supported by production and engineering teams that benefit from the latest CAD/CAM software, 3D modeling, and Zeiss coordinate-measuring machines (CMMs).
